Reptile Taxidermy
Note: To help raise funds for the care of the many animals that come in weekly as surrenders, we are now offering to taxidermy any reptile/tarantula/scorpion for a reasonable fee. See some of our work below.
We ask that if your pet dies and you are interested in preserving it, please take the following steps:
We can tan snakeskins for wall mountings, hatbands, wallets, etc. We do not make these items, just prepare the skin for you. We can also do whole body mounting if requested. Any questions? Feel free to email us at reptilespecialist@juno.com

wrap it immediately in newspaper
place it in a zipper lock freezer bag and freeze it immediately
for tarantulas and scorpions, these animals can be kept in deli-cups and placed in freezer
